: AUTOMATION CONSULTANTS is a Division of IHD, Inc. serving the Travel Agency community in Back Office Systems and the hotel industry by assisting in their representation in Global Distribution Systems and major web-sites.

Bio of Henry S. Donaldson Full resume is available on request. Henry S. Donaldson (Hank) is a veteran of the travel industry having spent over twenty years as the minority owner of a full service Travel Agency in the Twin Cities area. He has worked with TRAMS BACK OFFICE system for over twelve years with both SABRE and WORLDSPAN interfaces. He was designated a TRAMS Certified Consultant in April of 2007 and has attended the TRAMS Technical and Marketing University (TMU) every year since then. He has also worked as an independent consultant in the field of Air Traffic Control Automation, participating in proposal work as well as technical analysis. He spent thirty-six years as a programmer, systems analyst, and Program Manager in the field of Air Traffic Control automation.
